You walk into a softly lit space.

Candles already glowing.

Over 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through:

Slow Flow

Gentle movement to release physical tension and settle the nervous system.

Yin Yoga

Long, supported holds designed to quiet the mind and soften deep layers of stress.

Guided Rest + Sound Healing

A deeply restorative Savasana experience with sound bowls and nervous system down regulation.

  • Yoga mat (mat's available for hire if you need one)

  • Water bottle

  • Warm layers / cosy clothing / Blanket for Savasana

  • Anything that helps you feel comfortable lying still

Not at all. Ember & Flow is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You'll be guided throughout the experience and encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

You don't need to be flexible to attend. This experience isn't about achieving poses - it's about creating space to breathe, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything that will help you feel comfortable during relaxation, such as a blanket, cushion, eye pillow, or warm layers & socks

You'll be invited to rest comfortably while being immersed in soothing sounds designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of inner calm.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease. Think cosy, comfortable, and layered for the cooler months.

Yes. Ember & Flow was created to support those who are feeling mentally busy, emotionally drained, or in need of a gentle reset. Many people find the combination of movement, breath, candlelight, and sound deeply calming.

Absolutely. Many attendees come on their own. You'll be welcomed into a warm and supportive environment where you can simply arrive as you are.
